Start by downloading the questions and printing them out. If you have a printer that can print on both sides, print every page otherwise print odd pages only. Grab a pair of scissors and cut the pages in half.
You will need to get creative here. We have supplied a template that you can use on your printer. How you make the spinner is up to you. If you want to make a larger version you could use a pizza box.
